Air Exportation
Air freight customs clearance brokers for import and export clearance are essential customs procedures that you must complete if you sell goods outside the European Union. These procedures are required by the Spanish Tax Agency for both companies and individuals.
In order to carry out air freight customs clearance brokers import/export, you need to process the following documents:
- Commercial invoice
- Customs invoice: (Required by Customs in some importing countries.)
- Transport documents (See Annex 1)
- Loading List or Packing List
- SAD - Single Administrative Document (DUA) (See Annex 2)

Annex #2 – Single Administrative Document (SAD) to finalise the import declaration, according to REGULATION (EU) No 952/2013 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND THE COUNCIL dated 9 October 2013 establishing the Union Customs Code (UCC).
Annex #3 – Depending on the importer, the goods must be certified for entry into the destination country. Issued by the Spanish Chambers of Commerce, it guarantees the country of origin of the goods or the last country where they were processed.

Air Freight Import
Goods originating in the European Union are not considered imports. They are considered goods moving between EU territories, so they do not pay customs duties.
The entry of goods from countries outside the European Union (China, USA, United Kingdom, Turkey) are considered imports and therefore require air clearance SAD import/export documentation.
If you have purchased goods or products in a country outside or Europe, you must complete Import Air Freight Customs Clearance, regardless of whether you are a company or an individual, and regardless if the goods are traveling by sea, land, or air.
We provide the documents required to show effective Import Customs Clearance to the customs authorities:
- Commercial invoice
- Declaration of customs value (See Annex 1)
- Transport documents (See Annex 2)
- Merchandise transport insurance (See Annex 3)
- SAD - Single Administrative Document (DUA) (See Annex 4)
- Loading List or Packing List
Annex #1 – Only when the value of the imported goods exceeds €20,000 (euros).
Annex #2 – depending on the means of transport:

Annex #3 – Only when the commercial invoice does not include the insurance data for the merchandise.
